Diamond Blade Supply has spent years refining and developing our line of products to ensure high quality, efficient, and safe diamond tools.  We are not successful without our customers' satisfaction.  We guarantee all of our products to be free from manufacturer's defects. 

If you feel a diamond tool (non-special order) is defective or under-performing, contact us for an RMA # within 7 days of original purchase date.  We'll have our engineering professionals at the factory or metallurgist experts evaluate the product in question.  With no evidence of misuse, and no more than 20% use, we'll fully refund or exchange the product. If the diamond tool is found defective, we will expedite replacement at no charge to you.  All returns must reference the RMA# on the shipping label for tracking and be shipped within 7 days.

• Returns on diamond tools (non-equipment) accepted for 7 days
• No restocking fee on diamond blades, diamond bits, or diamond cup wheels if in new and originally packaged condition returned within 7 days
  
• Any other items will incur a 20% restocking fee
• No final sale, custom-made, or closeout items or otherwise designated as non-returnable merchandise is accepted

Performance Guarantee

We take a long-term approach with every customer interaction.  We value long-term solutions and relationships, and would like to be your permanent go-to supplier.  With so many tool/saw/equipment lineup, aggregate and material types, diverse geographic areas served, and specialty application demands, we realize that there are scenarios where our customers prefer a different bond formulation, grade, or spec to increase life or speed(or both).  We decided to accommodate this by offering our Performance Guarantee.  Within 7 days of sale, we'll exchange any of our diamond products with less than 10% wear for full credit to apply to an exchange.  NO RESTOCKING FEE for diamond tool exchanges within 7 days!  Our goal is to work with our customers until ultimately the value and performance are realized to complete customer satisfaction!
